Emmanuel Gueit's 1993 design brief was unequivocal: make the Royal Oak bigger, bolder, and more extreme. Three decades on, the Offshore Chronograph continues to fulfil that mandate with absolute conviction. Reference 26405CG channels the collection's aggressive spirit through an advanced ceramic construction — the 44 mm case and matching bezel machined from scratch-resistant black ceramic that develops no patina, no wear, and no compromise over time. Production spanned 2014 to 2021, making this a sought-after generation for the serious Offshore collector.

Calibre 4401, Audemars Piguet's in-house integrated column-wheel flyback chronograph movement, occupies the case's substantial volume with authority. Operating at 28,800 vph with approximately 70 hours of power reserve, the 4401 represents a significant leap from its predecessors — a fully manufacture solution with vertical clutch engagement, column-wheel control, and the kind of finishing one expects from Le Brassus. The screw-down crown and pushers maintain water resistance appropriate to the piece's sporting ambitions.
