Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): USPS or UPS Ground with tracking
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): UPS or FedEx Express with tracking
- Overnight Shipping: Available for premium orders
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier schedules, weather, and other factors.
2. Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with full value insurance included at no additional cost. Insurance covers loss or damage during transit. We require signature confirmation on all shipments to ensure safe delivery.
3. Packaging & Handling
We carefully package all watches using premium materials and professional handling procedures. Each watch is:
- Individually wrapped and secured
- Placed in protective cushioning
- Shipped in a discreet, unmarked box for security
- Insured for full replacement value
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment status in real-time through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
5. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs vary based on location and selected method. All orders include package tracking and insurance.
6. International Shipping
We are currently accepting international orders to select countries. International shipping includes:
- Full insurance and tracking
- Customs documentation
- Delivery times of 7-21 business days depending on location
- Customer responsible for import duties and taxes

7. Signature Confirmation
All shipments require signature confirmation at delivery to ensure security. If you cannot be available to sign, arrangements must be made with the carrier or our team prior to delivery.
8. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase before the package ships.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost:

- Provide tracking number and order details
- We will file a claim with the carrier
- Once claim is settled, we will issue a replacement or refund
10. Damaged Shipments
If your watch arrives damaged:
- Do not open or handle the watch
- Document the damage with photos of packaging and contents
- Contact us immediately at support@5dwatches.com with photos
- We will file a damage claim and provide a replacement or refund
11. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage during transit (though our insurance covers this). Please report any issues with the carrier to us immediately.
12. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. These costs are in addition to the purchase price and shipping fees.
13. Special Instructions
If you have special delivery instructions (hold for signature, specific time windows, etc.), please provide them in the order notes at checkout. We will communicate these to the carrier, but cannot guarantee they will be honored.
