Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be returned within this period to be eligible for a refund. The return period begins on the date your order is delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the watch must:
- Be in original, unworn condition (or minimal wear only)
- Include all original packaging, documentation, and certificates
- Not show signs of damage, alteration, or misuse
- Retain its original condition and functionality
- Include all original accessories and boxes
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Watches showing visible signs of wear
- Watches that have been serviced or repaired
- Items with missing or damaged original packaging
- Watches with missing documentation or certificates
- Items purchased at significant discounts (as noted at checkout)
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at returns@5dwatches.com with your order number
- Provide photos of the watch and packaging (if requested)
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the watch back to us using insured shipping (prepaid label provided)
- Our team will inspect the watch upon receipt
- Refund processed within 10 business days of approval
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. Please insure your shipment for the full purchase value. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.
Inspection & Verification
Upon receipt, we will inspect the watch to verify it meets return conditions. If the watch shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration not present in the original condition report, we reserve the right to:
- Deny the return and ship the watch back to you
- Issue a partial refund covering inspection and restocking costs
- Provide photographic evidence of any issues found
Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and the watch is received, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Refund Deductions
The following may be deducted from refunds for eligible returns:
- Return shipping costs
- Inspection and restocking fees (if applicable)
- Insurance (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@5dwatches.com with photos within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Certain items may have special return policies due to their condition, rarity, or pricing. Any exceptions will be noted at checkout. Contact us for details on specific items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired watch.
Warranty Claims
